With over 60+ members, Mallow Tri Club has a great mix of abilities and a great bunch of people who are committed to the sport of Triathlon, enjoy the craic and sport of Triathlon.

Joining our club, irrespective of your ability or whether you are new to Tri or experienced, will introduce you to many new friends and training partners.

We provide group training sessions throughout the year in Swimming, Cycling, Running, Pilates as well as Strength & Conditioning.

We provide coached sessions in Swimming at Ballyhass Lakes in the summer months and in Mallow Swimming Pool for the remainder of the year.

We also provide coached running sessions throughout the year and club runs at the weekends.

During the summer months we also provide a number of club events including Try a Tri, Sprint, Olympic and Middle Distance as well as Duathlon and Aquavelo.

Our Ballyhass Sprint race held in September is our annual opportunity for members to come together and host our club Triathlon for other clubs and Triathletes.
